Materials from materialiq 4 can be converted into materialiq 5 materials, this way you don't have to deal with step-by-step replacing.

How to use it

To convert materials from Materialiq 4 to Materialiq 5 you can use the Convertor tool. Here are the steps to follow:

• Open the Tools sub-panel of the materialiq panel
• Select the option Migrate from materialiq4
• Your Materialiq 4 materials will now be converted to Materialiq 5 materials

Some materials may look slightly different!

It is important to note that the conversion process may not preserve all properties of the original materials, and some manual adjustments may be necessary after the conversion.

Known issue - Previews of migrated materials are purple

A possible fix is reconnecting the Material output node in the shader editor.

Migrated materials are always spawned with 2k textures

You can switch them to a different resolution afterward.
